IT Lab Brochure
The most ‘Service Obsessed’ IT support company in the UK needed a brochure and marketing material that positioned them as real human beings, not IT robots.
My approach
I needed to do more than just understand their tech. I needed to immerse myself in the company culture too. I had to get a real sense of who they were, and implement a more human ToV that moved away from tradition IT jargon.
This brochure is just a taster of what I did for them, promoting their technical know-how, while still putting their people at the heart of everything.
My role – copywriter, researcher
